NUBIA RED MAGIC 6S PRO WILL COME WITH RED MAGIC OS 4.5
Nubia is gearing up to introduce the Nubia Red Magic 6S Pro. As the device’s name clearly suggests, it will come as an incremental upgrade for the Nubia Red Magic 6 Pro. The company has been teasing the new upcoming device for quite some time. As per the rumors, it will pack a new cooling system that will work in combination with the physical fan. Now, through a new Weibo post, the company has announced that the gaming phone will run the new Red Magic OS 4.5.
In case you don’t know, the new Red Magic OS 4.5 will be based on Android 11. Apparently, it will come to improve the overall gaming experience and will also pack a new all-around assistant. Nubia will likely bring improvements for performance as the new active cooling system is said to provide 100% of Snapdragon 888+ performance without throttling.
The device will have a translucent design and RGB lighting similar to Red Magic 6 Pro Transparent Edition. The upcoming gaming smartphone from Nubia will also pack a 165 Hz refresh rate. The display itself will be an AMOLED panel, probably with a QHD+ resolution. Moreover, it is said to come with an impressive 720 Hz touch sampling rate, which is a 100 percent upgrade over the Red Magic 6.
RED MAGIC 6S PRO ALLEGED SPECIFICATIONS
According to the TENAA listing, the Red Magic 6S Pro will pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ SoC. Moreover, it will come in options with 8 GB, 12 GB, or 16 GB of RAM. In terms of storage, the device will have 128 GB, 256 GB, or even 512 GB of Internal Storage. Keeping the lights on, the device will have a 4,500 mAh battery with support for 120 W fast-charging. The gaming phone will come with a turbo cooling fan alongside other measures such as phase-change thermal conductivity materials, graphene sheet, copper foil, and VC soaking plate. Moreover, it will come with 500 Hz AirTriggers for immersive gaming performance. The device will come with ICE7.0 nine-layer multi-dimensional three-dimensional cooling system.
In terms of optics, the Red Magic 6S Pro will come with a Triple-camera sensor. This module comprises a primary 64 MP camera, and we assume the other two cameras are for ultrawide and macro shots. Of course, the focus here isn’t a camera, so we’re not expecting a much more advanced camera system. For selfies and video calls, an 8 MP snapper will get the job done. Nubia will be quite generous with this package by offering a Power Bank and Fly Wise G1 controller in the retail box. The handset is said to debut on September 6.
